pharmacological effects | fludrocortisone acetate is a derivative of hydrocortisone C9 fluorine, which is a medium-acting glucocorticoid and has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and antipruritic effects. Its anti-inflammatory effect is 15 times that of hydrocortisone, and its sodium retention effect is more than 100 times that of hydrocortisone. |
Contraindications | ① Those who are allergic to this drug and matrix components and those who are allergic to other glucocorticoids are prohibited; ② Acute bacterial, fungal and viral infectious skin diseases are prohibited. |
adverse reactions | ① may have burning sensation, skin irritation, and occasionally contact dermatitis; (2) long-term local external use, telangiectasia, hirsutism, skin atrophy, increased susceptibility to infection, etc., more common in package treatment; (3) long-term use of the face can appear acne-like rash, alcohol-like dermatitis, facial erythema, perioral dermatitis, etc; ④Long-term and large-scale use may cause cortical hyperfunction (Cushing's syndrome) due to the cumulative absorption of the drug, manifested as hirsutism, acne, full moon face, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, mental depression, poor wound healing, etc.; ⑤ Long-term use of children can inhibit growth and development. |
precautions | ① anti-infective drugs must be used at the same time when the skin has purulent infection and fungal infection. if the symptoms of infection are not improved in time after simultaneous use, the drug should be stopped until the infection is controlled; (2) it cannot be used for a long time or in a large area, and the same part should not exceed 2 weeks. |
